PlasPlywood is manufactured from 100% Polypropylene (PP) a high-performance polymer material that provides natural non-stick properties, superior moisture resistance, and full recyclability at the end of its service life.
When used within metal or aluminum formwork frames, PlasPlywood can be reused 150–200 times. This significantly extends the board's service life compared to traditional plywood, delivering long-term cost savings on every project.
No. Due to the natural non-stick nature of Polypropylene, concrete does not adhere to the surface. PlasPlywood requires no release oil reducing material costs and labor time during stripping.
PlasPlywood is available in a standard size of 1250 × 2500 mm, with three thickness options: 15 mm (28 kg), 18 mm (32 kg), and 21 mm (41 kg). Color options include standard white, with gray and black available on request.
